Problems with Littleton's Website?

Problem: I try to view an item and I get a blank page.
Solution: If you are using AOL, try opening the site with Internet Explorer. The AOL browser sometimes has problems rendering Javascript.
Problem: I try to do a search and get “Page cannot be displayed.”
Solution: You hit the “Enter” key instead of clicking on the “Search” button. Click the “Back” button in your browser and try clicking on the “Search” button.
Problem: I can't get items into my cart. When I click on the “Add to Cart” link, nothing happens.
Solution 1: You may have a bad Cookie. Please close all your browser windows and clear your Cookies. In Internet Explorer 6.0, right click the IE icon on your desktop and select “Properties”. On the first screen, click “Delete Cookies”. For other browsers, please see your browser help file.

Older browsers may have difficulty accessing and viewing this website. Internet Explorer 5.0 and earlier seem to have the most problems. If you are using an older browser and experiencing problems, try upgrading your browser. Go to the Microsoft website to upgrade to IE 5.5 or IE 6.0. If you are already running IE 6.0, it may be helpful to add LittletonCoin.com to your list of trusted sites.

Solution 2: Javascript may not be enabled. In order to shop at our site, you need Javascript enabled.

If the box indicates “No”, you need to enable Javascripting. Right click on your Internet Explorer icon and go to “Properties”. Next go to the “Security” tab and click on “Custom Level...”. Scroll down to the section about scripting and set “Javascripting” to be enabled.

Problem: I try to put an item into my shopping cart and I am asked to Log In.
Solution: Our site now requires you to have Cookies enabled in order to shop. You need to enable Cookies and then continue shopping.
Problem: I try to register and I get an error stating that the user name is already in use.
Solution: Either you have registered before and you need to use the “Log In” button or someone else has registered and used the user name you tried. If you have not yet registered, you need to pick a different user name. If you have registered, you need to use the “Log In” button.
Problem: When I go to check out, I get an error page with a security warning.
Solution: You may have your Security settings in your Properties box set incorrectly to view our site. You need to have SSL 2.0 and SSL 3.0 checked and TLS 1.0 unchecked. To access your Security settings, right click on the Internet Explorer icon on your desk top and click on “Properties.” Go to the Advanced tab and scroll down to the “Security” section.
